End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Sawant Infotech Solutions ("Developer", "We", "Us") and you ("User", "Licensee"), the individual or organization using the CoachTrack software ("Software").

Subject to payment of applicable fees and acceptance of this Agreement, Sawant Infotech Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use CoachTrack for your own coaching class management
• Access the software via a web browser on authorized devices
• Store and manage data for your own students and classes

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or sell the software or its source code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Use the software for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Resell or sublicense the software to third parties
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

• Your data belongs to you. All student records, fees, and attendance data entered by you remains your property.
• Data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. By using this software, you also agree to Google Firebase's Privacy Policy.
• Sawant Infotech Solutions will never sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Each user's data is isolated — no other user can access your data.
• Upon request, we will provide a complete export of your data or delete it permanently.

• CoachTrack is offered on a subscription basis as per the plan chosen by you.
• Free plan features may be limited. Paid plans unlock additional features.
• Fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

CoachTrack, its design, code, logo, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Sawant Infotech Solutions, protected under applicable copyright law. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' written notice.
• We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement.
• Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.
• You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sawant Infotech Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We are not responsible for data loss due to internet failure, device failure, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawant Infotech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
